Our ‘Outside General Counsel Program can be tailormade to fix your regular legal needs, ensuring that you will have regular access to legal counsel on a monthly or quarterly basis at a reasonable stated rate. In essence for a flat fee, you will receive a set number of hours of work in the period. If additional services are needed, then they, too, will be at a stated rate. This Program will afford you the ability to properly plan your legal expenses just as though you had your own in-house attorney, but on a fractional basis.
